We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work in a flexible environment and develop your skills across multiple areas, including:
- Dental Assisting
- Reception and patient coordination
- Administration As a Dental Assistant you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing chairside assistance to dentists during procedures
- Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment
- Managing patient appointments and records
- Greeting patients and delivering exceptional customer service
- Handling payments and processing health fund claims
- Maintaining a clean and organised clinical and reception area You’ll have the opportunity to work across all three clinics and be part of a supportive team that values growth and collaboration. About You: We’re seeking candidates who are:
- Qualified: Certificate III in Dental Assisting or higher
- Tech-savvy: Experience with Dental4Windows is highly regarded
- Adaptable: Must be available to work across all three clinics
- Professional and reliable: Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Organised and efficient: Excellent time management skills
- Great communicator: Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented: Friendly, positive attitude, and enjoys working collaboratively while managing individual responsibilities
