Quality Control Inspector Kilsyth

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of cleaning services provided to ensure compliance with company standards, client expectations, and safety regulations. This role involves inspecting work sites, providing feedback, and implementing continuous improvement measures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of commercial cleaning sites during daytime hours.

Assess cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company procedures and client specifications.

Identify areas for improvement and communicate findings to cleaning staff and management.

Ensure that cleaning equipment and supplies are used correctly and safely.

Document inspection results and prepare reports for management review.

Address client concerns related to cleaning quality and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain a safe working environment and promote health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities management preferred.

Robust attention to detail and observational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of cleaning standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Working Hours:

Job Types: Full time, Part time, Permanent, Subcontract

Pay: $24.95
- $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
