The Prospect:

Full-time: Monday to Friday.

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work in a flexible environment and develop your skills across multiple areas, including: Dental Assisting Reception and patient coordination Administration

As a Dental Assistant you will be responsible for the following: Providing chairside assistance to dentists during procedures Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment Managing patient appointments and records Greeting patients and delivering exceptional customer service Handling payments and processing health fund claims Maintaining a clean and organised clinical and reception area

You’ll have the opportunity to work across all three clinics and be part of a supportive team that values growth and collaboration.

About You:

We’re seeking candidates who are: Qualified: Certificate III in Dental Assisting or higher Tech-savvy: Experience with Dental4Windows is highly regarded Adaptable: Must be available to work across all three clinics Professional and reliable: Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Organised and productive: Excellent time management skills Excellent communicator: Robust written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented: Friendly, positive attitude, and enjoys working collaboratively while managing individual responsibilities Flexible and proactive: Ready to take on challenges and learn new skills
