About the Role Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team in a predominantly workshop-based role. This is a long-term opportunity for someone looking for stability, variety, and pride in their workmanship. You will work on a wide range of interesting and challenging projects alongside a skilled and dedicated team, producing high-quality joinery and custom fit-outs. Key Responsibilities
- Build a wide variety of joinery, fit-out, and custom production projects
- Interpret architectural and shop drawings accurately
- Operate workshop machinery confidently and precisely
- Intermediate level workshop machinery skills required for safe and precise operation
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship to meet and exceed client expectations
- Arrange deliveries and pick-ups with suppliers and contractors
- Assist installers with unloading materials onsite
- Opportunity to assist installers with in office installations as required About You
- Proven experience in cabinet making, joinery, and/or shopfitting
- Minimum 1-2 years of cabinet making experience required
- Efficient worker who never compromises on quality
- Strong attention to detail and passion for fine-quality workmanship
- Willingness to occasionally work onsite when required
- Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering projects on time
- White Card required; forklift licence highly regarded
- Adaptable to occasional overtime when needed
