The Role Beyond Health Services is seeking an experienced and fully qualified Registered Nurse with expertise in providing care to individuals with complex needs. - Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop tailored care plans for individuals with complex needs
- Carry out continence assessments and provide appropriate recommendations for care, including product selection and management strategies
- Administer medications and treatments as per care plans and relevant protocols
- Monitor clients’ health, observing changes and providing timely interventions where necessary
- Provide education and training to clients, caregivers, and support networks, ensuring effective management of complex conditions
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring holistic, person-centred care for each individual
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations and Beyond Health Services' policies About You
- Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration
- Experience in working with clients with complex health needs, including neurological disorders and chronic conditions
- Strong knowledge and experience in continence assessments and the development of care plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport for community-based visits NDIS Compliance To ensure compliance with NDIS requirements, you will need to hold the following:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Completion of NDIS Modules
- Valid Police Check
