About the Role: As Duty Manager, you'll work closely with senior leadership to oversee day-to-day venue operations across bar, gaming, bistro, and customer service.

You'll be responsible for leading shifts, supervising staff, ensuring compliance, driving service standards, and maintaining a positive team culture while delivering a seamless guest experience. Your Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or senior hospitality supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of pub operations including bar, gaming, TAB/KENO, and food service
- Current RSA, RSG, and Approved Managers Licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
