Site Engineer – Remedial Division Location: Newcastle, NSW Division: Remedial Employment Type: Full-time Freyssinet Australia is seeking a motivated and technically minded Site Engineer to join our Remedial Division in Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to gain hands-on experience across complex remedial projects in infrastructure and façade works. About the Role As a Site Engineer, you will support project delivery teams across various remedial construction sites in Newcastle. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for problem-solving, construction, and learning in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You will gain exposure to structural remediation, steel repair, concrete repair, and other specialist techniques while working alongside experienced engineers and project managers. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of remedial projects
- Support site activities to ensure quality, safety, and schedule are maintained
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Assist with project reporting and documentation using systems like Workbench
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements
- Engineering degree (Civil, Structural, or related)
- Strong interest in construction and remedial works
- Willingness to travel within NSW as required
