Maintenance & Grounds Officer Job No: ORARLMG* Location: Orana Retirement Living, Kingaroy, QLD Employment Type: Part time 2 days per week, 8am-4pm (30 hrs fortnight) Remuneration: $
- $/hour About The Role In this hands‑on role, you'll manage the day‑to‑day maintenance of buildings, gardens, and grounds, ensuring everything is safe, tidy, and well‑kept.
- General maintenance and upkeep of lawns, gardens, and common areas
- Performing scheduled preventative maintenance
- Identifying and reporting recent risks while working to minimise existing ones
- Undertaking administrative tasks related to maintenance operations
- Managing external contractors and minor building projects
- Using equipment and materials safely and responsibly About You Experience in commercial maintenance and groundskeeping within an aged care setting or a similar environment. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow safety procedures and preventative maintenance schedules. A team player with a proactive attitude, proven ability to demonstrate a customer service focus. Valid Police Check or NDIS clearance and Queensland Driver's Licence. Why Choose Us?
