Ninja Coach (Charlestown)

As a **Ninja Coach** at Flip Out, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and culture. Ninja Coaches are agile individuals with experience in gymnastics or cheerleading, responsible for conducting our weekly Ninja Classes for children aged 5 to 14. These classes run for approximately 1 hour each and focus on teaching children trampolining skills in a safe and enjoyable environment. Our Ninja program is an accredited sports program, and while our Ninjas may be fierce, no fighting skills are taught.

**Position Requirements**:

- A valid First Aid Certificate from a Nationally Recognised Training Provider (required for employees over 17 years old, to be obtained before employment begins).
- A current 'Working with Children’s Check' (or state equivalent) if over 18 years of age.
- Ability to work with children and follow a structured class format (provided by Flip Out).
- Demonstrated ability to perform flips and tricks safely.
- Experience teaching children trampolining skills safely.
- An enthusiastic, outgoing attitude towards customers and children.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fun, enthusiastic, and possess a positive, can-do attitude.
- Great time management skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to maintain high cleaning standards within set timelines.

**Ninja Coaches Must**:

- Be available for evenings, weekends, Ninja Registration Days, and any Ninja Training courses assigned by HQ.
- Have at least 12 months of gymnastics experience.
- Be able to perform and teach every skill outlined in the Ninja belt levels to children aged 5 to 14.
- Interact positively with children and parents, building genuine relationships.
- Strive to deliver the best service possible, ensuring open communication with Ninja Parents.
- Be knowledgeable about all details in the "Big Book of Ninjas" and the skills required at each level.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $32.25 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 3 per week
