Employment Type: Part time 2 days per week, 8am-4pm (30 hrs fortnight)

About The Role

In this hands‐on role, you'll manage the day‐to‐day maintenance of buildings, gardens, and grounds, ensuring everything is safe, tidy, and well‐kept.

General maintenance and upkeep of lawns, gardens, and common areas

Performing scheduled preventative maintenance

Identifying and reporting current risks while working to minimise existing ones

Undertaking administrative tasks related to maintenance operations

Managing external contractors and minor building projects

Using equipment and materials safely and responsibly

About You

Experience in commercial maintenance and groundskeeping within an aged care setting or a similar workplace.

Robust problem‐solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to follow safety procedures and preventative maintenance schedules.

A team player with a proactive attitude, proven ability to demonstrate a customer service focus.

Valid Police Check or NDIS clearance and Queensland Driver's Licence.
