Promote independence and well‐being, encouraging residents to maintain their quality of life. Work as part of a team. Collaborate with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support teams to ensure the best experience for all. Assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety. Provide emotional support and create a warm, nurturing setting. Accurately document care activities in iCare and follow best practices. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to provide holistic care. You Will Bring Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) An NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Experience in a similar role in aged care Why Choose Us?
