- $100,000 + Super June Start Responsibilities
- Work across multiple clients, advisory, project delivery and L2 support
- Engage directly with clients to assess current state and deliver practical, value-driven recommendations
- Attend client sites where required to assess, support, and uplift environments
- Work across a broad infrastructure stack including Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams), Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune/Endpoint Manager, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking Experience required
- Experienced L2 Engineer with experience working for an MSP
- Exposure to both project delivery and BAU support
- Hands‑on experience across a broad infrastructure stack including Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams), Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune/Endpoint Manager, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking
- Comfortable engaging directly with clients, including senior stakeholders
