Marketing Manager | Duranbah, NSW Permanent | Full-time Tropical Fruit World is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing team. The Role Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead the planning, execution and performance of marketing activity across the portfolio. This is a role that oversees three brands in agri-tourism. You will be responsible for: Brand & Portfolio Marketing
- Support the rollout of the Brinsmead Farm master brand and sub-brand structure
- Maintain clear positioning across Tropical Fruit World, Plantation House and Brinsmead Farm
- Ensure each brand has a consistent tone, message, visual direction and customer journey
- Manage brand assets, collateral, templates and day-to-day brand consistency Campaigns & Promotions
- Develop and manage annual, seasonal and tactical campaign calendars
- Lead school holiday, local, trade, event, product and launch campaigns
- Coordinate promotional offers, booking incentives and campaign rollouts
- Review campaign performance and optimise activity based on results Digital Performance
- Own website content updates, SEO, CRO and booking pathway optimisation
- Improve customer journeys across family tourism, events, accommodation and bespoke experiences
- Work with digital partners to improve traffic, conversion and enquiry quality
- Maintain website accuracy, landing pages and campaign pages Paid Media, CRM & Reporting
- Manage Meta, Google, retargeting and paid campaign activity
- Lead EDMs, database segmentation, automation and customer nurture pathways
- Track campaign ROI, enquiry sources, conversion rates and revenue contribution
- Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership Content, Social & Creative Direction
- Lead content planning across all brands
- Manage social media direction, scheduling, content pillars and brand storytelling
- Brief and coordinate photography, videography and design requirements
- Support influencer, media and partnership content opportunities PR, Partnerships & Communications
- Support PR, media, tourism and stakeholder communications
- Prepare launch communications, media angles and brand storytelling opportunities
- Support trade, event and corporate collateral
- Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent communication Agency & Supplier Management
- Manage external agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, digital partners and media suppliers
- Prepare clear briefs and manage deadlines, approvals and outputs
- Ensure all outsourced work aligns with brand and commercial objectives About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or equivalent role
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end marketing execution and performance reporting
- Strong experience across digital, paid media, campaigns, CRM and content
- Confidence managing multiple brands, campaigns and priorities at once
- Experience briefing and managing agencies, creatives and external suppliers
- Strong copywriting, campaign planning and brand communication skills
- A commercial, data-driven mindset
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Confidence operating in a hands-on, fast-moving business environment Experience within tourism, hospitality, events, lifestyle, food, agriculture or consumer brands will be highly regarded. This role is not suited to junior, coordinator or early-career marketing candidates. Why Join Us
