Salt & Stone Fingal is on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our growing kitchen team in one of Northern NSW’s most beautiful coastal locations.

Located just moments from Dreamtime Beach, Salt & Stone is a relaxed, community-focused venue built around outstanding food, good people, live music and coastal hospitality. We’re looking for someone who brings solid leadership, creativity and consistency to help take our food offering to the next level.

What we’re looking for:

Experienced Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up

Leadership and team management skills

Solid understanding of kitchen operations, food costs and prep systems

Passion for fresh, seasonal food and relaxed coastal dining

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

Positive attitude and strong culture fit

What we offer:

$80,000–$90,000 salary package (based on experience)
