Feros Care is looking for experienced and passionate Care Workers to join our Residential Village in Wommin Bay, NSW . Our hours on offer are versatile and we can support Part Time contracts across Morning and Afternoon shifts. About the Role:

As a Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering protected and effective clinical care while supporting residents to maintain their independence and wellbeing. Key responsibilities include:

Providing personal care services to our residents

Assisting with meals and general cleaning

Participating in rewarding daily activities

Accurate Reporting and Documenting

Create positive relationships with our residents to make them feel like they are truly at home

About You:

Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Individual Support or an equivalent

Endorsement to assist with medication and administration (desired)

Previous experience working within the aged and/or community care industry (desired)
