- Menu execution: prepare and cook a variety of dishes in adherence to our menu specifications;
- Quality control: Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Collaboration: Support our head chef, provide mentoring to junior chefs and cooks, foster a positive and productive team environment;
- Innovation: Contribute to menu development, bringing creative ideas to enhance our culinary offering. Requirement:
- Trade qualified with at least two years of relevant work experience (full time);
- Commitment to hours on roster;
- Strong culinary skillset and communication skills.
