About The Role Here at Woolies, the Proactive Services team ensures trolleys are available for use and our stores remain in pristine condition, enabling customers and staff to enjoy a hygienically clean environment. What You’ll Do
- Complete daily tasks such as sweeping floors, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, team rooms, and emptying bins.
- Collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
- Assist customers in-store by answering questions and providing directions.
- Receive full training on operating a variety of equipment and tools to enhance safety and efficiency. What You’ll Bring
- An ambitious mindset and a passion for retail and people.
- Physical fitness; able to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5‑10 kg.
- Flexibility to work in various environments—including shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
- Availability to work Monday‑Sunday, with shifts starting at 6 am or 5 pm.
