Tweed Valley Hospital’s Integrated Cancer Care Service provides comprehensive oncology care, including medical oncology, haematology, and supportive care services, with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and improved patient outcomes. This modern, purpose‑built facility offers a supportive environment where clinical excellence and compassionate care go hand in hand. The Nurse Unit Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred cancer care to the Northern NSW community. Key Responsibilities Lead, coordinate, and manage nursing and relevant staff within the service. Oversee safe, efficient, evidence‑based care delivery. Foster a positive workplace culture and support staff professional development. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Promote continuous improvement and adherence to clinical standards. Qualifications & Experience Experienced registered nurse with proven leadership in oncology or a related clinical area. Strong clinical competency, regulatory knowledge and commitment to patient safety. Demonstrated ability to manage staff, resources and caseloads in a high‑volume setting. Excellent communication, teamwork skills and ability to inspire and motivate staff. Commitment to continuous career development and evidence‑based practice. Benefits
