Assigning morbidity and procedural classifications to inpatient episodes using ICD-10-AM and the Australian Classification of Health Interventions (ACHI) in accordance with the Australian Coding Standards and NSW Health data reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy for quality data collection and appropriate DRG allocation.
