We are seeking a mature and experienced Duty Manager for the Kingscliff Beach Hotel.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Valid NSW licenses
- RSA, RCG & RMLV
- Experience in an on premise and retail environment
- Strong staff management and supervisory skills
- A excellent understanding of customer service and its importance in guest experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- TAB and Keno experience
- Cash handling skills
- Competency with stock management and stock take procedures
- Knowledge of I-Control stock system would be advantageous
