Tweed/Murwillumbah Community Mental Health is currently seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our Treatment Team. - Coordinate and deliver high‑quality person‑centred nursing care in accordance with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Standards and MoH policies.
- Provide case management within a multidisciplinary review team structure, delivering time‑limited, evidence‑based, community‑focused care.
- Deliver individual and group‑based treatment, manage clinical loads and collaborate as part of multidisciplinary treatment processes.
- Provide assessments, evidence‑based treatment and case‑management services to adults 18 years and over experiencing psychiatric illnesses.
- Provide nursing care using Trauma Informed Care and Recovery principles, consistent with National Practice Standards for Mental Health Workforce 2013 and NSW Health Mental Health Competencies. Advantages
