We provide quality home based, person-centred service. which puts clients and their family at the centre of the decision making and planning process to help identify and achieve their goals.

Our client's family request, a female carer who will be a compassionate, tolerant and dedicated carer. Our infant client has high clinical needs, requires a caring and experienced worker to provide daily care in accordance with their daily routine and support plan. Must have exceptional verbal, written communication and listening skills with a deep understanding of person-centred care. They will have a willingness to learn, be punctual, reliable and have solid problem solving abilities. In addition, they should be able to work both independently and within a team.

Duties may vary to suit the needs of the individual clients. This may include however are not limited to:

Experience with peg feeding, suctioning and seizure management are essential

Current experience in paediatric nursing is preferable

Essential criteria:

NDIS Worker Check

WWCC

National Police Check

First Aid Certificate

Working rights in Australia

Drivers Licence

Reliable insured vehicle

Preferred but not essential:

Industry experience will be highly regarded

An understanding of person centred disability care and Acquired Brain Injury
