Experienced Waiter/ Server Kingscliff

FINS Restaurant, Kingscliff is looking for a front of house star!

We have a full time (or solid casual hours) position for an experienced and agile head waiter. We are a tight team of professionals. Our staff have all worked for us very long term and we are looking for the right personality to (ie do you love hospitality?) to join us.

No big egos, we are relaxed and focus on work being a fun place.

Fins is open 6 nights a week, we are well respected having operated for over 30 years. Our focus is wild seafood and epic produce in a casual fine dining scene. We also have a POP UP concept in our bar space, lots of natural wine and a solid cocktail crowd. We also operate a wedding and events venue, so there is scope to move into this venue if of interest.

We need someone with experience with a high-volume venue, who is comfortable to work in a rapid pace. We do lots of training and hope you are keen to grow with our team (so no short term travelers please).

Wine experience a plus but not essential.

Tips are excellent.

Pay starts at level 2: $28.46 weekdays/ $34.16 Saturdays. Opportunity to increase based on experience or position.

We pay hourly. Approx 38 hrs per week avail (this could also be shared with one other casual staff member if you are after around 20 hrs).

Fins is open Tues

Sat for dinner and Fri/ Sat lunch. You need to be available at night!
