What You’ll Be Doing:

Shaking, stirring, and pouring top-notch cocktails

Sharing your mezcal & tequila knowledge with our guests & team

Keeping the bar running smoothly with excellent stock control & service

Bringing good energy and great vibes to every shift

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience behind the bar, making cocktail and mixed drinks

Strong knowledge of wide ranging spirits

Passion for Mexican spirits, cocktails, and culture

A fun, outgoing personality & ability to work under pressure

Mature age & local to the area

Ambition to grow—supervisory opportunities available for the right person!
