Group Ict & Systems Transformation Manager (Kingsford)

**Position Overview**

Reporting to the Group CFO, the Group ICT & Systems Transformation Manager will lead the Group’s IT function and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation. This is a high-impact role that combines leadership of a national IT team with responsibility for communications networks, cyber security, hardware infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital innovation. The role will also be a key partner to the Finance team in rolling out Business Intelligence (BI) and consolidated reporting tools layered over ERP systems and related platforms.

You will be accountable for delivering secure, scalable, and cost-effective systems that enable real-time decision-making, operational efficiency, and data integrity across our multi-division group.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead IT operations, strategy, infrastructure, and support services across the Group
- Oversee the performance and scalability of enterprise platforms, including hardware, software, and communications network
- Manage IT policies, budgets, cyber security frameworks, and vendor relationships
- Drive system integration, data standardisation, and digital capability uplift across divisions
- Champion the implementation of BI and consolidation reporting tools over ERP systemsSupport continuous improvement in user experience, data access, and reporting automation

**Skills and Experience**

Ahrens is seeking a strategic yet hands-on team player with strong technical expertise and excellent problem-solving and communication skills, who can build relationships and collaborate with a range of stakeholders across the business.
- Formal IT qualifications and strong technical knowledge across infrastructure, enterprise systems, and cyber security
- Experience leading IT teams in multi-division organisations with a focus on service delivery and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated success in driving systems transformation and leading cross-functional projectsExperience supporting finance and business leaders to deliver BI / reporting enablement and ERP systems integration
