- **The Role**: The Inventory Controller ensures optimal stock levels across OTR sites and our central warehouse to support our customer promise to _never run out_. Reporting to the General Manager, Supply Chain, this role is critical in maintaining visibility and accuracy of inventory and ensuring timely replenishment across the network. ** Responsibilities**:
- Generate and manage auto-replenishment tools based on Supply Chain parameters
- Monitor goods-inwards compliance across stores and escalate issues promptly
- Liaise with 3PL logistics partners on inventory and SKU maintenance
- Produce stock on hand, days in cover, sales, waste and investigation reports
- Manage supplier allocations in partnership with the Product team
- Support monthly SAOP discussions and forecast planning for promotions
- Ensure stock is prepared for delivery in a way that minimises put-away time
- Coordinate regular stock verifications across OTR sites
- Provide after-hours support when required and participate in weekend roster
- Perform additional duties as needed with a proactive, solution-focused approach **What We Offer**:

- **About You**:
- Experience in inventory management, stock control or supply chain operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate accurate reports
- Confident using inventory or ERP systems; exposure to auto-replenishment tools desirable
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills across operational and support teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to escalate issues and drive solutions
- Flexibility to support after-hours or weekend work on a rostered basis
