About Us The National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) is Australia’s premier training ground for future leaders and practitioners in the dramatic arts. Located at Kensington in Sydney, it is a Centre of excellence in education and training. NIDA is unique in the world for its practice-based and industry-relevant training in the range that it offers which includes Acting, Design, Costume, Properties and Objects, Technical Theatre and Stage Management, Scenic Construction, Writing for Performance, Directing and Cultural Leadership. About the Role This role designs and delivers engaging, client-focused short courses, taking full ownership from brief to delivery. Working closely with clients, tutors, and internal teams, it translates real needs into high-quality learning experiences. About You A dynamic, commercially minded learning professional who designs and delivers practical, applied training in fast-paced, client-facing environments. Adaptable and detail-driven, they blend performance techniques with contemporary learning methods, communicate with clarity, and collaborate confidently to deliver inclusive, high-impact outcomes. The base annual salary is $87,737 + 12% Superannuation, based on a 38-hour working week.
