Membership Sales Consultant (Ropes Crossing)

Anytime Fitness Ropes Crossing is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Membership Consultant to be part of our growing team. You’ll work in a supportive, fun, and dynamic atmosphere where every day brings new opportunities**. **Weekendavailability is required.

**About the Role**

Reporting directly to the Manager and/or the Owner, you will be responsible for;
- Assisting the manager with all facets of the daily running of the club.
- Helping to create & maintain a positive membership culture with an emphasis on member retention.
- Following our 9 Step sales process & selling memberships
- Promoting the Anytime Fitness brand and image
- Assisting the manager to plan & implement marketing and advertising promotions.
- Booking appointments over the phone
- Outreach and assisting in Business-to-Business relationships
- Completing Member service calls and other administrative duties

**About You**
- Passionate about fitness and goal-driven
- Thrive in a sales environment and enjoy closing a sale
- Know the local fitness community and like promoting local businesses
- Are confident, friendly, and enjoy talking to people
- Have a outstanding work ethic, always arrive early, and are punctual for meetings
- Enjoy being on social media and feel comfortable in front of a camera
- Outgoing personality, team player.
- Previous sales experience, ideally in the fitness, retail or hospitality industry.
- Passionate about health and fitness and maintaining high standards of club cleanliness and safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Key Requirements**
- First Aid certification
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
