Electrician / Installation Team Leader (St Marys)

- Class A Unrestricted Electrical Supervisor License
- Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) installation and Design accreditation (desirable but not necessary)
- Battery on-grid installation accreditation
- (desirable but not necessary)
- A minimum 3 months working in the Solar Industry (desirable but not necessary)
- Able to Demonstrate a high level of quality
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Current Drivers license What you will do:
- Manage a team of apprentices and trades people and apprentices
- Installation & Commissioning of residential and commercial PV systems
- Installation & commissioning of battery systems
- Servicing and Maintenance of solar systems including troubleshooting
- Installation of EV chargers in residential and commercial properties
- Deliver exceptional customer service to existing and recent customers
- Setting up of wi-fi monitoring for Battery & Solar Systems
- Keep up to date with industry regulations and rules (AS/NZ)
- Provide training and mentorship to apprentices and Trades People. What we will provide you with:
