Regional Manager - South Australia (Marden)

We are looking for a true leader to take ownership of a high-performing allied health and coaching site based in Marden, South Australia.

This is not a practitioner role with added responsibilities. This is a leadership-first position, responsible for people, performance, operations, and growth across the site and broader region.

The Role

You will lead the day-to-day operations of a multi-disciplinary health and coaching setting, ensuring strong performance, high standards, and a consistent client experience.

This is a blended role including:

- Leadership and operational oversight
- Team management and development
- Business performance and growth
- A structured practitioner component (~28 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities
- Own leadership and performance of the site
- Drive team accountability, engagement, and development
- Maintain high standards across client experience and retention
- Oversee operations including rosters, systems, and reporting
- Manage KPIs, scorecards, and performance rhythms
- Strengthen referral pathways and local partnerships
- Support business growth and regional expansion

What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive performance
- Background in allied health, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, or similar (preferred)
- Experience in clinic management, health, or fitness environments
- Ability to balance leadership with clinical credibility
- Someone who can hold standards, build culture, and drive results

Performance & KPIs

You will be accountable for:

- Revenue and growth
- Client retention and attendance
- Rebooking and cancellation rates
- Team performance and utilisation

This role operates with a clear KPI structure and reporting rhythm.

Compensation
- $115,000 base salary + superannuation
- Performance-based commission structure
- Bonus potential tied to site and service performance
