- Managing residential and commercial land development projects
- Managing and respond to tenders for new construction projects
- Leading project compliance in accordance with the Business Management System
- Overseeing project planning and programming tasks
- Managing and build client and subcontractor relationships
- Delivering projects in conjunction with the field supervisory team
- Reviewing and act on performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates
- Mitigating and acting on project performance issues
- Reporting production costs daily, weekly and monthly Here's what we are looking for… An experienced Project Manager that is wanting to become part of a reputable and growing company. They must
- Hold relevant qualifications, ideally Civil Engineering degree
- Have experience as a Project Manager or ready to take the next step up.
- Have previous operational experience in Water or Sewer construction
- Have strong established relationships with water authorities
- Demonstrate a strong ability in proactively building relationships with key stakeholders
- Have solid contract management experience
- Have a solid ability to leave and manage a team
