1. Identifying and engaging potential buyers, investors, and sellers to build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities 2. Conducting property viewings, open homes, and private inspections — presenting each property as the opportunity it truly is 3. Guiding clients through the full buying and selling journey, from initial inquiry through to settlement 4. Negotiating contracts with confidence and facilitating smooth, professional transactions for all parties 5. Educating clients on wealth-building through property — aligning their goals with the right investment strategies 6. Collaborating with the Silvertail team to share insights, support campaigns, and contribute to a culture of high performance 7. Maintaining accurate records and upholding all real estate regulations, compliance standards, and ethical obligations What we're looking for

1. Current Registration or Licence to practice real estate in South Australia (essential) 2. Minimum 2–3 years' experience in real estate sales or property consulting 3. A proven track record of hitting — and exceeding — sales targets 4. Strong communicator with the ability to build genuine trust with a diverse range of clients 5. Sound understanding of the Adelaide property market, current trends, and investment fundamentals 6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage your own pipeline without being micromanaged 7.
