Experienced Property Manager Kwinana Beach

Our Kwinana office is currently seeking an experienced property manager with a minimum of 2 years experience to join our team on a full time basis.

The applicant must have the following qualifications and key attributes to be considered:

Current Property Management Registration

Valid Drivers License

Punctual and Well Presented

Excellent Communication, Organisation & Time Management Skills, whilst following Company Systems & Procedures

Positive and Enthusiastic Attitude towards your Work, Clients and Colleagues

Competent Computer Skills, Knowledge of Property Tree and Rent find will be an advantage, however training can be provided.

You will be required to manage your own portfolio; with some assistance around inspections and leasing.

Required hours to work 8:30am
- 5pm, Monday
- Friday with 1 hour lunch.

Salary will be based upon experience and discussed at interview.
