Experience Required: Certificate III in Hospitality and 3 years of relevant experience

Duties:

Some of the duties you will be required to perform include:

Ensure guests are met and greeted

Ensure guests’ specific needs and expectations are met during their time on the Ensure property.

Ensuring accurate orders for both food and beverage are taken & communicated to the kitchen & bar

Ensure that an appropriate level of technical skills (plate handling, wine presentation and opening, table clearing, coffee making, etc) are demonstrated to the guests including the service of all food & beverage.

Ensure that guests are farewelled to a standard that will deliver a positive last impression.

Ensure that any return guests are noted and referred to the Restaurant Duty Manager.
