**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Hardwicks Meat Works Pty Ltd as trustee for the Hardwick Brothers Meatworks Trust**

**Location | Kyneton**

This integral role will see you promoting a continuous improvement culture across our operations, aligned with the business strategy. The Continuous Improvement Manager will design, lead and deliver KGF (Kilcoy Global Foods) Operations Continuous Improvement program within Australia with a focus on eliminating waste, identifying and resolving process and system deficiencies that help maximise service, cost & compliance objectives of the business.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have experience working within a heavy industry background, with exposure to PM frameworks such as Lean Methodology | WCM Methodology | 5’S’ process | Kaizen approach.

You will also:

- Possess 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a company leading transformational organisation change
- Have a robust understanding of data analytics
- Worked within a structured program of works
- Be degree qualified in Engineering/Management/Lean
- Demonstrate experience in a fast-paced operational environment

Pay: $150,000.00
- $155,000.00 per year
