Restaurant: Senior Waiter Full Time Candidates will have at least 3 years experience as a Waiter within a similar establishment. Main duties include preparing the restaurant for service, providing a warm welcome and farewell to our loyal and well travelled guests, providing professional, knowledgable and intuitive service, recommending items from the menu and wine list, sequence of service, clearing tables and collecting payments.
