**About the Role**

We’re looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as **Customer Service Officers**. As the first point of contact for our guests, and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every customer enjoys a positive experience.

From reception and sales to promoting our programs and assisting with queries, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping us deliver outstanding service every day.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Handle cash and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately
- Assist with membership inquiries, sales, and renewals
- Promote our centre’s services and programs, manage bookings and enrolments
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Ensure professional public relations and communication at all times
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, following safety and security protocols

**What We’re Looking For**
- A positive, friendly and approachable attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and confidence using POS systems
- Current First Aid (Workplace Level 2) and CPR Certificates
- Valid Police Check and Working with Children's Check clearance
- Previous experience in a customer service role (desirable, but not essential)
