About This Role
- Lead the Business Services Team in the delivery of core administrative and ancillary functions for the Malmsbury Youth Justice Precinct.
- Effectively supervise and provide leadership to the Business Services Team.
- Monitor service delivery and compliance with departmental policy and guidelines. Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in management of administrative services in a corporate workplace.
- Experience leading and managing a team to achieve organisational outcomes.
- Experience in Oracle and Zycus electronic procurement or similar financial management system or procurement application.
- Ability to monitor service delivery and compliance with relevant policy and guidelines and effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders.
- A current driver’s licence is required as travel to other offices within the department is required.
- Experience in stores, warehousing and stock management systems is also desirable.
- A current employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) card is required and will need to be provided prior to commencement of employment. Benefits
