ABOUT THE ROLE

Location: Kyneton

Ensure operations conform to food safety regulations and Quality Systems requirements though partnering with Production

Document control and report on the non-conformance and Corrective Action Requirements (CAR's) within the parameters of the Quality Management System

Support and implement key food safety requirements and quality outcomes

Undertake quality internal audits, HACCP enquiries, and respond to any customer complaints

Ensure all staff are aware and comply with the necessary requirements of our Quality Management Systems

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications in HACCP, and AusMeat Specification Qualifications, or

Quality assurance background in a food manufacturing environment, or

Operational experience in a meat processing facility

A strong sense of accountability and responsibility

Commitment to company values, and food safety culture

Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Attention to detail, initiative, time management and follow through
