- Attractive salary package based on experience The Role: As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio and delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a residential portfolio of 140–160 properties
- Conducting routine inspections and lease renewals
- Handling maintenance requests and repairs
- Managing arrears and tenancy matters
- Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous Property Management experience (essential)
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence (essential)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
