As a Goodstart Educator, you will work alongside Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for children. You will ensure every child feels safe, valued, and included in their learning experiences.

122‑place childcare centre located near schools, shops, and public transport

Provides care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years

Uses the Storypark platform to keep families involved in learning programs

Experienced and stable team of educators, many with long‑term tenure

Emphasis on sensory and play‑based learning environments

Large outdoor play area with sandpits, mud and bark areas, vegetable patches, bike tracks, and shaded yards

Sustainability activities such as worm farms and gardening projects

Pet turtle to encourage responsibility and care

You’ll need:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Solid knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current VIC Working with Children Check
