We are looking for experienced baristas who understand the drive thru model. A sense of urgency and the ability to work both in a team and autonomously is a must. At Avanit we value effective communication, a strong work ethic and proven initiative. We have an established, loyal customer base and like to make work fun.

Our core product is excellent coffee and we have detailed processes for every aspect of the business, so a willingness to learn and adapt to the Avanti way is non-negotiable.

MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR A RANGE OF WEEKDAY AND WEEKEND SHIFTS.

We are hiring up to 4 baristas to work predominately on weekdays across a variety of shifts including our opening shift beginning at 4.45am and our closing shift ending at 5.30pm. It is essential that you are regularly available to work closing shifts. As a result these roles are only suitable for over 18s.

EXPERIENCE is strongly preferred but full training will be provided regardless so you must be willing to learn. We need someone ready to step into a full on, busy coffee environment (upwards of 150 coffees an hour during peak times).

Our opening hours are

Monday-Friday: 5am – 5pm

Saturday: 6am – 3pm

Sunday: 7am – 3pm

We are open all Public Holidays.

As our earliest shift begins at 4.45am and our latest shift ends at 5.30pm, a license and reliable car are essential as public transport options will be limited.
