Crane Borer Operator (Tasmania)

Crane Borer Operator Exciting opportunity for experienced Crane Borer Operators to join our dynamic team working on various projects across Tasmania. Responsibilities As an integral part of the Distribution Lines team, you will be responsible for ensuring quality construction and maintenance to provide a reliable supply to customers, all within applicable procedures, guidelines, and standards in planned and unplanned work scenarios. You will adhere to Genus company procedures, standards, and client requirements and be responsible for ensuring protected work practices for yourself and your team members. This includes identifying and reporting hazards and incidents, complying with Genus Group's core values, and meeting all associated legislative requirements. Schedule Rosters may vary depending on location, client site, and expectations, e.g., 2 weeks on, 1 week off, up to 12 hours per day. Qualifications & Skills
- Applicants must hold a current mobile crane licence and relevant high‑risk work licences.
- C2 Crane & rigging qualifications will be highly regarded.
- Valid "MR" class manual driver’s licence with the ability to upgrade to HR (HR license desirable).
- Demonstrated ability to work safely on distribution and transmission networks.
