Electrical Service Technician (Launceston)

ACE Materials Handling Pty Ltd is an Australian owned engineering and materials handling company which has been operating since 1991 with branches in Sydney, Newcastle, Mascot, Wollongong, Brisbane, Cairns, Gladstone, Rockhampton, Canberra & Townsville. We provide services to clients in all industries through inspection, service, maintenance & repair of their materials handling equipment and other assets.

We are currently seeking staff to join our teams in a few of our locations being; Southern NSW, Nowra, Melbourne & Canberra. We are posting locally to Tasmania for any trades staff looking to make the move for the right chance.

We have launched a new division which is focused on emerging products we have secured though agency agreements in robotics and automation for defence industry and heavy manufacturing including mining equipment.

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications and attributes are essential
- Electrical Trade qualification or equivalent
- White Card (or ability to obtain)
- High attention to detail
- Positive attitude and approach to challenges
- Current Driver’s License
- The ability to problem solve with strong diagnostic skills
- Working at Heights
- Hazardous Area qualification
- Programming experience advantageous for additional services but not required for role
- EWP 11m
- First Aid
- LVR/CPR

Pay: $85,000.00
- $105,000.00 per year
