About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Insurance Broking Assistant to support our broking team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you’ll assist with new business, renewals, endorsements, quotations, and day‑to‑day client servicing. You’ll work closely with the Account Managers and Executive Assistant, following clear direction to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

preparing documentation

liaising with underwriters to secure competitive terms

obtaining premium funding quotes

gathering client information as required via phone, email and other forms of communication

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Confidence in speaking with clients and obtaining required information

The ability to process current business, renewals, and endorsements

Solid communication skills and a willingness to learn

Experience in insurance or financial services
