Description
The Role We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support across a diverse client base. This is a full-time position for an Information Technology Support Technician based on-site in Launceston, where you will work across Microsoft environments, on-prem infrastructure, and networking, with a mix of remote support, onsite work, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 IT support across multiple client environments
- Administer Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, and security features
- Support and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and core services
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows desktop and endpoint issues
- Diagnose and resolve networking and connectivity issues
- Manage escalated support requests and complex incidents
- Maintain clear documentation, ticket updates, and client communication
- Contribute to projects, system improvements, and client onboarding Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in Level 2 or Level 3 IT support
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Solid understanding of Windows Server environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 support
- Networking knowledge
- Positive communication and customer service skills
- Current driver’s licence
- Full Australian working rights Preferred but not essential:
