You will play a key role in attracting and securing top talent while supporting the ongoing delivery of essential homecare services. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for Support Workers and occasional nursing staff Source, screen, interview, and manage candidate compliance and onboarding Partner with Hiring Managers to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes Build strong, professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders Provide roster and scheduling support to ensure continuity of care What We're Looking For Previous recruitment experience (healthcare recruitment highly regarded) Ability to balance recruitment and scheduling in a dynamic environment A proactive, accountable, and solutions-focused mindset Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for helping people A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive, inclusive culture Graduates within a relevant tertiary field are also encouraged to apply Why Drake Medox?
