The Opportunity We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial management of infrastructure and utilities projects from our Belmont office. This role is suited to someone who enjoys the commercial side of projects including contracts, cost control, forecasting and reporting, while working closely with project teams to drive outcomes. You will play a key role in supporting delivery teams and ensuring projects remain commercially on track. Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, budgets and detailed quantity take offs Administer contracts and manage subcontractor agreements Process progress claims, variations and payment schedules Track project costs and support commercial decision making Assist with extension of time EOT and variation claims Maintain key registers including variations, RFIs and risks Provide accurate cash flow forecasting and reporting Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and site teams What We're Looking For Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, infrastructure or utilities Strong contract administration and cost control experience Ability to interpret drawings and complete accurate take offs Understanding of variations, claims and commercial processes Solid Excel and financial reporting capability Clear communication skills and ability to work across office and site teams Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Desirable Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction or Engineering Exposure to infrastructure, energy or resource sector projects If you have the experience and want to play a key role in project commercial outcomes, APPLY NOW! #J-*****-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3qcgkm
