Mining & Industrial Services – Sales & Service Supervisor …, Tasmania

Blackley Pipelines & Irrigation is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Service Supervisor to join our growing Mining & Industrial Services division. Based in Tasmania, this role involves managing industrial and mining customer relationships, coordinating projects, supervising field staff, and supporting the delivery of industrial pumping and water infrastructure solutions across the state. Key Responsibilities
- Manage industrial and mining client relationships
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers
- Promote Blackley Pipelines & Irrigation products and services
- Prepare sales and project quotations
- Liaise with the Mining & Industrial Manager regarding new projects
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements
- Supervise and coordinate project installations
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets
- Assist with invoicing and project administration
- Supervise labour productivity on projects
- Commission completed projects and manage client sign-off
- Supply project completion documentation including drawings, plans, photographs, and QA documentation
- Assist with technical support for installed systems when required
- Promote and maintain safe work practices and OH&S; compliance at all times The Successful Applicant Will
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
- Be capable of managing projects and client relationships
- Have a strong understanding of industrial or pumping systems
- Be able to supervise field staff and coordinate site activities
- Maintain a professional presentation and strong work ethic
