Account Manager (Launceston)

Chilli & LAFM is looking for an Account Manager to join their team to develop solutions that give local brands a voice and drive revenue growth for the station. About the role:
- Find, grow and retain client partnerships to maximise revenue and market share.
- Build trusted relationships with local and national advertisers, acting as a strategic commercial partner by identifying client needs and developing solutions for their business.
- Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Take ownership of your sales budget, pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasting.
- Generate new business through proactive prospecting, networking and lead follow-up.
- Collaborate with promotions, content, digital and sales support teams to deliver impactful campaigns. About you:
- Proven experience in sales, media, advertising or a commercial environment.
- Strong ability to build relationships and sell solutions and ideas, not just products.
- Confident communicator with solid presentation and negotiation skills.
